At the time of contacting us, the company did not have a modern digital representation: there was no convenient equipment catalog, online application form and adaptive version for mobile devices. Stages of work on the project
We agreed on goals, budget, signed the terms of reference. We received from the customer a logo, photos of equipment, price lists, brand descriptions and warranty conditions.
We analyzed competitors in the climate control equipment niche, studied user scenarios: “selecting an air conditioner”, “ordering installation”, “service call”. We approved the site structure and navigation.
We developed wireframes for key pages: home page, catalogue, product card, “Installation” service, “About the company”, contacts. We thought through the logic of application forms and integration with instant messengers.
We created a visual concept in the style of “premium technology”: clean typography, emphasis on photos of equipment, color scheme with trusting blue shades. Adaptive mobile-first layout.

We checked cross-browser compatibility, form functionality, loading speed (<3 s), and mobile adaptation. We fixed the bugs, carried out final approvals and moved the site to a combat domain.

A unified visual style of the site was developed with an emphasis on professionalism: high-quality photographs of equipment were used, a block with certificates and warranty statements was highlighted. To strengthen social proof, a section with real customer reviews, including photos and ratings, has been added. The main page contains logos of official partners – manufacturers of climate control equipment, which increases confidence in the company as an authorized dealer.
Increase in the number of applications
The site header has a panel with calls to action: the “Get a consultation” and “Order installation” buttons are always available when scrolling. The application form has been optimized to five required fields: name, contact phone number, object type, brief description of the task and consent to data processing. Instant delivery of notifications about new applications to the Telegram bot and corporate email has been set up, which reduces the response time of managers.
Convenient management for the customer team
The administrative panel is customized for business tasks: an intuitive interface for adding new products, changing prices, publishing news and promotions. A system of roles has been introduced: a manager works with goods and orders, a content specialist works with articles and promotional materials, and an administrator works with system settings. For a quick start, video instructions and a checklist for daily work with the site have been prepared.
SEO optimization and search visibility
The site was developed taking into account the requirements of search engines: unique meta tags (title, description) were specified for all pages, Schema.org semantic markup was configured for products and services, and an automatic XML sitemap was generated. The CNC URL structure has been implemented, the H1–H3 headers have been optimized, and alt attributes for images have been added. Yandex.Webmaster and Google Search Console are connected to monitor indexing and correct technical errors.
Detailed product cards
The page of each product is designed as a full-fledged selling tool. At the top there is a gallery of images with the ability to zoom in to view the details of the equipment. A system of tabs has been introduced to separate descriptions, characteristics, documents and reviews, which prevents the creation of excessively long pages.
Integration with instant messengers and contacts
Widgets for quick navigation are fixed at the bottom of the screen. The contacts page contains an interactive map with an address, a call back form and direct links to all available communication channels, including email and social networks.
