They had everything: experience, clients, containers, routes. There was one thing missing: a website that translates the professional language of logistics into human language. Task: pack a complex business into an understandable website

Customer – International Container Multimodal Freight Transportation company, Novorossiysk. One of the largest port cities in Russia, where logistics is not an abstract service, but a daily reality.

What happened before us:

Unique design: structure instead of chaos

Loading speed is critical for logistics

Previously, the client called the manager, explained that he was lucky, and waited 2-4 hours for payment. During this time, half went to competitors.

The client receives a specific figure and immediately understands the budget. This removes the main barrier – the fear of unknown cost. After the calculation, click the “Complete Application” button with pre-filled data. The manager receives not an abstract “I want to transport cargo”, but a ready-made calculation with parameters.

AI chatbot: navigator for complex services

Logistics are dozens of questions that the client is embarrassed to ask because he is afraid of looking incompetent. “What are incoterms?” “What documents are needed for customs?” “What is the difference between FCL and LCL?”

The manager will answer – but not at 11 pm on Saturday. And AI-bot will answer.

What the bot can do on this project:

  • Explains services in simple language – the client writes “I want to bring a machine from China”, the bot explains the whole process step by step
