- Adaptive layout – 60% of visitors come from a phone, often straight from the forest with mobile Internet.
Collected using WordPress + Elementor. This gives the customer the opportunity to change prices, add photos and update the schedule – without a programmer.
Loading speed is a separate task
A website with large photos can easily load in 8-10 seconds. For mobile Internet in the forest, this is a death sentence. We connected FastPixel for optimization, configured lazy loading of images and caching. The result is loading the first screen in less than 3 seconds, even on 3G.
Online booking system: requests 24/7
The main feature that changed the situation is online booking. Before this, the customer accepted applications by phone from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Clients from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Siberia called at inconvenient times and left.
What we implemented:
- Availability calendar – the client sees available dates and immediately selects
- Choice of services – hunting, fishing, accommodation, bathhouse, food. Each service has a price.
- Automatic notifications – the customer receives an application by email and messenger, the client receives confirmation
- Online prepayment – reduces the cancellation rate
