We are a web studio 12ia. We work in Moscow, we do projects throughout Russia and abroad.

What we do

We create websites

For a logistics company in Novorossiysk — a website with a customs duties calculator and a document upload form. Previously, managers spent half a day making calculations over the phone.

Developing AI bots

Not a “widget with an FAQ,” but full-fledged digital employees. A sales bot that knows your catalog and guides the client to a purchase. A bot assistant that answers questions 24/7 and makes appointments. Bot operator for support service.

We integrate with Telegram, WhatsApp, VKontakte, and embed it into the website. We connect to CRM so that not a single application is lost.

Promoting

SEO, contextual advertising in Yandex Direct, content marketing. Not “let’s buy links and see,” but systematic work: semantic core, page optimization, quality content, analytics.

For the travel agency Academ Voyage, after the launch of a new website and SEO optimization, traffic increased by 40%, and booking requests by 25% in the first month.

Automate
