How the test works
Five questions. Each person has three possible answers. For each option – points. At the end, add it up and see the result. No registration, no email – just do the math in your head.
Question 1. How many similar requests do you receive per day?
“How much does it cost?”, “Are you open on Saturday?”, “How to place an order?” – questions to which you answer the same way. Every. Day.

Question 2. Do clients contact you outside of business hours?

Why is this important? AI bot is strong where there is repeatability. If each client is a separate universe and you need an hour of negotiations, the bot will only get in the way. But if there is a typical scenario, the bot will work on it in seconds.
Question 4. Are you losing applications?
Forgot to call back. Didn’t write down the number. Lost a message in a correspondence. The client wrote in three channels – you responded in one, and in the other two he is still waiting.
Why is this important? The bot doesn’t forget. Every request is recorded, every dialogue is saved. This is not magic – this is automation of business processes, which removes the human factor from the chain “the client wrote – we did not lose.”
Question 5. Are you ready to invest time in setting up a bot?
A bot is not a magic pill. He needs to be trained: give him information about the products, describe scenarios, test them. It’s not months of work, but it’s not “press the button, it works.”
